The sampling technique uses saturated samples which means that the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Hypothesis testing is done through partial regression analysis test (t test) and simultaneous regression analysis test (f test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing using partial tests, it was found that each independent variable, namely learning motivation, learning style, and peers, had a positive influence on student interest in learning. Based on simultaneous tests, overall learning motivation, learning styles, and peers have an effect on students' interest in learning economics. In order for students' interest in learning economics to be as expected by the teacher, the teacher should also pay attention to variables that can affect students' interest in learning such as learning motivation, learning styles and peers.

Abstract

In contrast to previous studies regarding the impact of minimum wages which only focused on total workers and the economic sector and the use of employment status to form formal workers, this study analyzed the effect of minimum wages on one of the demographic variables namely youth by comparing the formation of formal workers using cross tabulation of status and type of work and formation of formal workers by using job status only. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the minimum wage on young formal workers in Indonesia. This study describes that the difference in the high percentage of young formal workers supports the research objective that it is important to compare the impact of the minimum wage on the two categories. Using the 2015 SAKERNAS cross section data and the OLS regression method the impact of the minimum wage on young formal workers using cross-tabulations is higher than the impact of the minimum wage on young formal workers using only employment status. The minimum wage reduces formal youth employment (either by cross-tabulation or by status alone) significantly. Ignoring the use of cross-tabulations between status and type of work can lead to underestimates in the percentage of young formal workers so that the use of cross-tabulations is more representative in showing the effect of minimum wages on young formal workers compared to using employment status alone

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how closely the relationship between teacher compensation in the form of salary and teacher performance motivation at BA 'Aisyiyah Kutukuon, Ponorogo. The app\roach used in this study is qualitative. The method used in data collection was observation and interviews with five teachers at BA 'Aisyiyah Kutukulon. The results of the analysis obtained are that there are only two types of income earned by teachers in the form of basic salary and allowances which are obtained twice in one year. The low salary of private teachers is suspected of having a relationship between their earnings and performance motivation. On the other hand, after conducting research, the low salary earned did not have a significant impact on the learning system. This is evidenced by the teacher's ability to plan lessons and implement learning at BA 'Aisyiyah Kutukulon. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of income earned does not have a significant impact on decreasing performance motivation
